GENERAL COMBINATION

→ The typical combination for centering the workpiece optimally is as follows:

BLOCK-SC 4.0 SYSTEM

It is designed to operate in all types of challenging manufacturing environments (high temperatures, chips, cutting fluids, lathe machines, moving tools, etc.). Equipped with a potentiometer that accurately measures the position of the jaws, there is no need for manual adjustment of the potentiometer to detect the new position when the workpiece is changed.

A pressure switch detects the pressure in the system and also controls the clamping of the workpiece by the jaws.

A wireless sensor and tracking-based wireless communication system are crucial components. Due to the working environment of clamping systems, wired communication between sensors and the control unit or robot is not feasible.
