Digital Display Adjustable Angle Tool
We have added a digital display encoder to our traditional adjustable angle drive tool holder to accurately indicate the angle. The angle adjustment process is now faster and easier because there is no longer a need to correct the angle inside the work area with an adjustment indicator. The angle can now be adjusted outside the machine using the digital display. The main features of the product include:

Hobbing Gear Opening Live Tool
Our gear-opening live tool allows gears to be opened on a CNC machine, saving you time adjusting on two different machines (lathe and hobbing machines). It can process both straight and helical cylindrical parts as well as conical gear parts. These tools are compatible with many different machine models and come in 4 different sizes:
Standard: For gears up to Ø50xL50
Medium: For gears up to Ø80xL80
Strong: For gears up to Ø80xL80
Extra Strong: For gears up to Ø100xL100
The gear-opening live tool can have a gear ratio of 1:1 or 2:1 to open harder different gears. With our Extra Strong tool and your machine, you can open gears up to 4 modules. Our application department is ready to assist in selecting the appropriate tool for your special applications.

Wedge Channel Opening Live Tool
Here are the features of our new version of Wedge Channel Opening Live Tools: Fixed Stroke: Compatible with a maximum tooth length of 47 mm or 22 mm, adjustable to 50 mm or 25 mm. The working length is 47 mm or 22 mm. Gear Reduction Ratio: 4:1 With an increased gear ratio and power, it can handle different hard materials, perform larger tooth openings, and apply this solution to machines with smaller live tool motors in their turrets.
It is more compact and rigid, making it suitable not only for Mori-Seiki NL/NZ machines but also for machines with smaller dimensions, such as Biglia, Nakamura-Tome, Okuma LB series, Doosan BMT 55/65, and Takisawa, among others. The cutting tool section is mechanical and independent. It can open a wedge of 12 mm width and can also be used for special internal and external threading.
To use the Wedge Channel Opening Live Tool, there is no need for the Y-axis unless it is necessary to move away from the center. We are continuing to work on optional tools that can perform multiple operations simultaneously with the same live tool.

Fast Remove-Install System
MTSK Quick Remove-Install Holder system allows for greater flexibility and significantly reduces setup times. Our MTSK system uses the HSK-T standard, which has been tested and guaranteed for both front and rear clamping. This modular system offers high flexibility, rigidity, and tool positioning and repeatability accuracy.
The specially designed quick-release clamping nut ensures that modular tool adapters can be tightened with the same key, facilitating fast tool changes. MTSK Modular quick-change holders are suitable for use with ER Collet Holders, ERA Collet Holders, Scanning Heads, and Weldon Holders. The MTSK PowerGrip System is the optimal solution for tool clamping.
Our new anti-rotation keys enhance safety during tool clamping. The MTSK System is available in sizes MTSK-63, MTSK-50, MTSK-40, and MTSK-32. Modular tool holders can be used on any CNC machine that uses our MTSK Live Tooling, eliminating the need for separate live tools for each operation.

Sliding Live Intermediate Center
It is a useful component used in CNC machines with upper and lower turrets for processing long workpieces. It is activated by the live tool motor on the turret. It is designed to eliminate vibration issues that may occur in some machines and to work with a sub-spindle.
It is equipped with wireless equipment for park position control and full intermediate center opening. Wireless position sensors must be self-powered with a 5-year or infinite cycle internal battery. The clamping pressure is adjusted through a special valve. Thanks to the independent hydraulic system, there is no need for piping and moving cabling. It is an accessory for multi-turret CNC machines.
